Tasha Layton on Experiencing Miracles

Christian singer Tasha Layton has seen her share of miracles, but one in particular stands out above the rest. On the red carpet at the 2025 K-LOVE Fan Awards, she opened up about a deeply personal story of healing that changed her life and her family forever.

A Diagnosis That Seemed Final

Years ago, doctors told Tasha and her husband, Keith, that having children was not possible. Keith had lived with infertility for more than eight years following a back injury, and Tasha herself had been told she would need surgery and hormone treatments. The news was devastating for the couple, who longed to start a family.

A Mission Trip That Changed Everything

While on a mission trip to Uganda, Tasha was leading worship and singing her song Miracles. Something unusual caught her eye.

“I looked to my right and Keith was on the ground crying,” she remembered. “He came up to me in the middle of the song and said, ‘I think God just healed my back.’”

Later that night, the couple received prayer not only for Keith’s healing but also for the chance to have children.

“People prayed over us that we’d be able to conceive,” Tasha said. “And three months later, we were pregnant.”

A Testimony of God’s Power

For Tasha, that moment was more than answered prayer. It was a clear sign of God’s power at work in their lives.

“That’s a huge miracle,” she said. “I’ve seen so many miracles in my life. That’s why I can’t shake my faith — you can’t deny those things. That’s how Jesus revealed His power to the world, through miracles.”

More Than One Miracle

That wasn’t the only story of healing she shared. Tasha recalled seeing cancer disappear, people freed from demonic oppression, and breakthroughs in mental health.

“I’ve seen people’s anxiety and depression healed fully in an instant,” she said. “Isn’t God good?”

Living Proof

For Tasha Layton, these experiences are more than inspirational moments. They are proof that God still heals, still restores, and still moves today. Her message is simple but powerful: miracles are real, and they reflect the heart of God for His people.
